Job Description
This Assistant Contract Manager position is for a well known Main Contractor based in Hong Kong. Currently working on Building projects, they also cover all range of projects including Civil, E&M, Foundations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract Administration, dealing all prospect of contract for the project.
- Managing a team of QS
- Handle contractual issues
- Legal dispute and claims
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related
- 14+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Management experience in QS
- Experience in Building Projects
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese & English
