 入職條件:

• 4 年以上項目合同管理經驗，有於顧問公司或房地產發展商工作的經驗更佳;
• 有國內合同追蹤、客戶協商/洽談之相關工作經驗;
• 持有建造管理/樓宇測量/工料測量或相關學位優先;
•  相關專業團體的注冊會員優先;
•  處事需正直慎重;
•  具有良好的溝通、管理、分析及人際關系技巧;
•  有責任心、勤奮、自律及做事有條理;
•  有良好的中英文讀寫能力(包括普通話);
•  工作年資未達者將考慮受聘為助理合同經理。
