Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in contractual and project management work of a multi-disciplinary project.
• Administration of sub-contracts, budgeting, measurement, material procurement, payments, VO, claim, final accounts.
  
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3-5 years relevant experience with Contractor, previous experience in hospital project and term contracting environment is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and able to deal with all levels of site employees.
