Responsibilities:

• Monitor all building construction activities including architectural, interior fitting out and building services for the new hotel development project.
• Manage the assigned projects ensuring timely completion within pre-determined budgets and ensure compliance with relevant specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the projects are delivered to highest standard with due regard to quality, safety and social responsibility requirements.
• Coordination with consultants and contractors for construction and design matters.
• Monitor critical path of the master programme and short time programme to ensure timely completion of the critical elements.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as from time to time assigned by the Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in building discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years' relevant solid experience in project management in building construction. Working experience in hotel / commercial projects and property developers would be an advantage.
• Hands-on with high degree of self-initiative and independence, able to work under pressure and commit to project deliverables.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, site management and communication skill, with ability to deal with different parties and maintain good working relationships.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
