Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the daily repair and maintenance works of the School facilities, including building envelope, building services and school furniture, equipment and fittings.
• Prepare drawing and specification for procurement of materials, ad-hoc repair works and maintenance service contract. Responsible in supervising and monitoring the quality and standard of repair, maintenance, and project works. 
• Assist in coordinating and supervising school projects including campus renovation and/or improvement works.

Requirements:

• A degree or higher diploma or above preferably in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineeringor a related discipline with at least five  years of relevant work experience.
• Have strong leadership and management skills; good interpersonal and communication skills; be familiar with school operation andstatutory requirement on FM management system and able to work under pressure.
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for the Maintenance Officer position.
