A serviced apartment block in Jordon looks for an on-site experienced manager to execute the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• To lead to supervise a team of customer service officers and technical staff t maintain the building in highly repair and tenantable conditions.
• Responsible for managing the budget for the building and maintaining all pertinent records.
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to the clients and tenants

Requirements:

• Degree holder in real estate management or related discipline preferable.
• At least seven years’ solid working experience with sizable property management company.
• Experience in managing a hotel or serviced apartment would be an added advantage.
• Well-versed in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese and multi-lateral language would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership.
• Possession of valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License preferable.
