Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure the project complete effectively and satisfactorily.

• Handle design documentation and presentation work carrying out design concept and development, preparation of detailed and construction drawings, sourcing and selection of materials and preparation of quotation.

• Provide assistance in project management services including site survey, site supervision, site meetings, delivery coordination, budget estimation and schedule preparation.

Requirements:

• F5 graduate/IVE / Diploma Holder / Degree holder in Interior Design

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Interior Design field especially in residential interior design (3 years for Senior)

• Good design sense. Able to handle full set of working drawing with design detailing experience

• Able to handle project independently and deliver project from the stage of design intent to completion

• High level of presentation and liaison skills

• Proficient in  Photoshop, Sketch Up ,Vray ,AutoCAD 

• Initiative, creative, self motivating and good team player

• Pro-active, self-disciplined and confident in a fast paced, demanding environment;

•能夠獨立處理項目，將項目從設計意圖階段到完成階段

•精通 Photoshop，SketchUp, VRAY , AutoCAD

•創意，自我激勵和良好的團隊合作精神

•積極主動，自律和自信;
