• Degree holder in Building Services or equivalent
• At least 5 years practical experience in site coordination work of Building Services
• Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels
• Ability to coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in ACAD format
• Responsible for site monitoring, quality control and project planning
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Require to station on site
• Immediate available is preferred
