Major Responsibilities :

• Perform all round administrative and clerical support to service management team
• Assist in the preparation of statistics report and documents as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements :

• Post-secondary qualification with pass in English & Chinese Languages
• With administrative or clerical working experience is preferred
• Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese processing
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-dimensional tasks with tight deadlines
• Initiative and good communication skill
• Able to work independently and in a team as well
• Working location:  Prince Edward District
