The Job

• Perform site measurement and work with design team for drawings preparation
• Lead vendors to complete store fitting-out and alteration works
• Conduct site supervision to monitor works progress and quality
• Act as Site Works Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of fitting-out and improvement works
• Prepare works budget, verify vendors claims and final account

The Person

• Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• 2 years relevant experience in fitting out and alteration works
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) or relevant licences is an advantage
• Independent with good communication & problem solving skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
