The Assistant Project Manager is responsible to identify new project opportunity, develop project plan, implement project with other departments and suppliers for project in Process Automation, Productivity enhancement, Factory development, Innovation aspects, etc.

Responsibilities:

• To identify new project opportunity by doing related research, investigation, data collection & analysis
• Proactively work with internal & external parties to generate project ideas, ensure assigned project running smoothly and meeting deadline and budget
• Supervise and coach team member in project management
• Manage performance to fulfill KPI
• Ad-hoc tasks required from superior
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Management or related discipline;
• 6 years hands-on experience in project or production operation management with at least 4 years at supervisory level, preferably in manufacturing sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills;
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical and problem solving skills in fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, result-oriented;
• Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office and experience in MRP software;
• ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 experience an advantage;
• Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese.
