Responsibilities:

• Act as a core member of project team for construction of a new PIC/s standard pharmaceutical plant;
• Work closely with QA, QC and E&M Sections to achieve company’s goals on productivity and quality
• Monitor the equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to the approved GMP procedures
• Involve in design of various manufacturing process flows in the new pharmaceutical plant;
• Prepare and review GMP documents e.g. batch production records, manufacturing instructions, SOPs, etc.
• Assist in various equipment qualification & validation activities;
• Involve in design of Process Validation & Cleaning Validation processes;
• Coordinate and control production activities, including control of production process and production facilities.
• Involve in managing the production team.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Science or Engineering related disciplines e.g. Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Biochemistry, Total Quality Management, etc.
• Minimum 3 years experience in GMP biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing field
• Good organization, communication, management and training skills.
• Be accountable and able to solve practical problems in manufacturing;
• Independent, enthusiastic and a good team player;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Production Supervisor.
