This position is responsible to ensure first level repair and maintenance support to the logistics facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor building maintenance and repairing
• Report system irregularities to Manager
• Ensure the handling sub-contractor operates in line with operational procedures and service level agreement
• Main good housekeeping, ensuring the facility is clean and normal at all times
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management, including general warehouse operational work

Requirements:

• High School or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in engineering or property management industry is preferred
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of building improvement
• Electrical, building and plumbing qualification an advantage
• Possess core competencies including managing change, target and result focus, entrepreneurial responsibility and team work
• Safety card, Registered Electrical Work Grade A and driving license are preferred
• Work location: Tsing Yi
