Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination and implementation of activities and projects in production operation and management
• Source materials, monitor quality according to approved standards and manage vendors’ performance
• Analyze, develop and implement projects to enhance production process, cost efficiency and quality improvement
• Assist in setting up standards, guidelines and procedure and ensure the compliance of safety and health regulations
• Participate in factory audits, prepare necessary documents and follow up improvement action plans
• Consolidate regular reports and analysis, take up projects and other ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• University degree in Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 5-8 years’ relevant working experience in food manufacturing industries
• Attend to details, creative and willing to take up challenges
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with positive and team player mentality
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
