Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of activities and projects in production operation and management
- Source materials, monitor quality according to approved standards and manage vendors’ performance
- Analyze, develop and implement projects to enhance production process, cost efficiency and quality improvement
- Assist in setting up standards, guidelines and procedure and ensure the compliance of safety and health regulations
- Participate in factory audits, prepare necessary documents and follow up improvement action plans
- Consolidate regular reports and analysis, take up projects and other ad hoc assignment
Requirements:
- University degree in Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 5-8 years’ relevant working experience in food manufacturing industries
- Attend to details, creative and willing to take up challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with positive and team player mentality
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
- Immediate available is highly preferred
