Job Duties

• Lead and monitor a team of technician to carry out preventive maintenance, repair and proper operation of all E&M equipments in hotel
• Liaise with all internal and external departments for maintenance and repair works
• Monitor contractor’s works and progress 
• Carry out routine shift duty inspection of major plant rooms and public areas
• Attend all emergency calls
• Keep proper material and tools inventory
• Maintain the tidiness of all workshops and plant room

• 與外部與內部溝通維修及保養工作
• 監督外判工作及進度
• 巡查主要機房及公眾地方
• 跟進緊急事件
• 負責物料及工具存貨
• 保持工作間和機房整潔

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 5 years of building services R&M experience, hotel experience is highly preferred
• Sound knowledge in all technical aspects of engineering / maintenance
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License B0 is preferred
• Holder of Construction Site Safety Card
• Good supervision and communication skills
• Shift duty is required 
• 中五程度
• 最少五年大廈機電維修保養工作經驗，具酒店經驗者優先考慮
• 熟悉大廈機電和消防系統
• 良好人際溝通和領導能力
• 須持備電工B0牌及綠卡
• 需輪班工作
