Senior CS Officer
- Responsible for front desk services
- Leading at team of 5 CS Officer
- Maintaining good relations, liaising with customer on their specific requirements
- Handling inquiries, and performing various administrative duties.
- 4 years’ experience in customer service / retail / hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Putonghua
- 5 days per week, 9 Hours per day
