Responsibilities

• Deliver professional Chinese dining services
• Ensure food is served in standard presentation and quality
• Provide patrons with recommendations and introductions on menu items
• Monitor hygiene and safety in the outlet
• Assist in preparing analysis or reports on sales figure
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant education discipline
• 5 years or above working experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position
• Knowledge in Chinese cuisines and service style
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team management skills
• Willing to work at a busy outlet and under pressure
• Fluent command in English and Chinese
