Our client is one of the leading catering companies with strong foothold in Hong Kong. They are looking for dynamic and high caliber individuals to take up the role of Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager to develop execute the business strategies in daily operations of assigned district
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the assigned outlets to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency to align with company standard
• Train and Coach all Restaurant Managers and the team to achieve excellent performance  
• Analyze financial figures, competitors and market trends in assigned area for understanding and reporting to management
• Ensure Company standard can be carried out effectively in assigned district in terms of food quality, customer service level and food hygiene and safety
• Implement, maintain and modify operational policy and procedures for handling and co-ordination on different sections responsibilities
• Able to direct and motivate the team and ensure appropriate staffing and succession planning in assigned outlets

Qualification 

• Minimum 7 working experience with minimum 3 years of area management position experience with track record
• Tertiary education or above 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team management skills
