Responsibilities

• Manage a complex profolio with Apartment/ Residential/ Commercial
  
• Review and enhance the performance to maximizing returns
  
• Liaise with corporate clients/ tenants/ real estate agents
• Analyse marketing trend and formulate strategies for top management
  
• Handle tenancy agreements and related administration

Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience in property leasing/ management
  
• Proficient in HK property regulations and compliance issues
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
