Responsibilities

• Perform detailed research and identifies on potential partners and development vendors
• Generate proposal and supporting documents in response to different partners and projects
• Assist in managing relationships with peers, relevant stakeholders and partners
• Assist with planning and executing, acting as the point of contact for hosts and other key contacts
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments and different vendors to work on collateral material
• Identify and analyze systems requirements and define project scope, users requirements and deliverable
• Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and resolve technical problems
• Communicate with technical team and end users to ensure full integration and goal attainment

 Requirements

• University Degree holder, with advantages in Business, IT or related disciplines
• At least 3years of working experience
• strong ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a diverse group of people
• Innovative and with certain knowledge in the Internet and mobile technology
• Responsible, proactive and detailed minded
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially power-point
• Good communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills is preferred, the ability to coordinate and solve problems
