Network Engineer / Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities and duties 

• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Perform network maintenance and OS upgrades
• Monitor performance and ensure network availability and reliability
• Monitor network utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Provide Level-2 support and troubleshoot but also need to provide level-1 support occasionally
• Work with regional team in supporting the infrastructure and delivering regional projects
• Ensure project delivery is on time, within scope and budget exceeding service level agreements
• Experience and skills in liaison with third-party vendors and counterparts
• Excellent skills in incident, problem, change and configuration management
• Willing to learn and keep inpace with latest and emerging technologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel

 Requirement 

• Degree in Computer Science, IT and or related disciplines;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as network engineer
• 5 years of experience in data networking deployment and support
• Vendor certification (CCNP, JPCIS etc)
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., HSRP, BGP, OSPF, Dot1q, QoS)
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Knowledge on voice technology is a plus
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior network engineer

NOC Engineer

Responsibilities and duties 

• Perform daily IT operations including fault call handling, follow-up and network maintenance support
• Monitor & maintain network performance in good condition
• Assist to perform network troubleshooting
• Prepare network documentation and reports 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• CCNA is preferable   
• Good command to speak English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Shift duty (7 x24) is required
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
