To provide hardware and software service to our clients, in three main area:

Onsite service: Software and Hardware installation/setup, maintenance on client's shop.
Hotline service: Answer end-user's query and assist client to diagnostic problem through phone.
Remote support: Config/setup system, diagnostic system problem through internet access.

Shift (NOT overnight) is required.

Requirements:

1. Cert. or above in Computer Studies / IT or related discipline
2. At least 1 year working experience in PC / network hardware installation and maintenance support
3. Android OS knowledge preferred.
4. Good customer service skill
5. Faster learner and hard working.
