Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily IT support (Windows and Mac environment) and network security
2. Provide corporate network infrastructure and systems solution and maintenance
3. Advise management on the technical and cost implications of the system design requirements
4. Ensure compliance with operation requirement
5. Procure IT supplies and build relationship with different vendors
6. Evaluate and report IT related projects
7. Liaise with corporate IS department and provide IT solutions support to different departments and users
8. Occasional travel to site branch offices

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
2. Strong IT knowledge including infrastructure and network design, e.g. Firewall, Virtual Private Network, Google apps mail server settings, Active Directory, VmWare Virtualization, VPN, SAN setup and VoIP phone system
3. 1-3 years of work experience as an IT support officer
4. Initiative, dynamic, and a fast learner/solution provider
5. Experience and well understanding in corporation IT workflow
6. Proficient in configuring file servers, PCs, and managing LAN and different operating systems (i.e. MS Windows, Mac, Linux)
7. Good command and interpersonal skills
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
9. Immediately available preferable
