Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Account Manager and lead a team of two
• Build and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers and partners
• Single point of contact to resolve all client queries within a timely manner
• Partner with Development and Technology Teams to enhance the overall client experience
• Gather new business requirements, perform analysis to evaluate the information gathered and help define application workflow / system enhancement areas to address clients’ business needs
• Document functional requirements / specification for system implementation and operation
• Ensure all change requests from end users / IT are managed and approved in accordance with project methodology

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Information Technology
• 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management / Business Analyst in IT sector 
• Knowledge in software development is advantageous
• Be able to work under tight timeline, be proactive in problem solving having a strong business sense.
• Must have highly proficient written and spoken communication skills in English and one of Cantonese or Mandarin.
