• Maintain and support the corporate POS system, making sure retail operations run smoothly
• Maintain and support Windows Servers, PC, Apple computers and office software
• Responsible for preparation, configuration and installation of hardware & software as required
• Provide help desk support service at office and provide on-site IT support occasionally
• Maintain and support the company network
• Vendor management – make sure to get the right solutions/products offer from vendor and follow up on order fullfillment

Job Requirements

• 3 years or above working experience, ideally in restaurant or retail industry
• Diploma level or above
• Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experience in HTML, XML, Javascript, PHP, MySQL is an advantage, Java, Linux Shell language will be an advantage
• Support experience with PC, Windows Server, Apple OSX and Apple hardware

• Knowledge of MICROS Point-of-sale system / (or another POS system experience) will be an advantage

• Good knowledge and experience in network infrastructure
• Ad-hoc support over weekends or public holiday may be required but not frequent
• A team player & quick adapting person with strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently at the same time
• A problem solver with a pro-active and creative minded, enjoy thinking out of the box and contributing ideas
• Cheerful and approachable attitude is a must
•  Immediate availability is highly preferred
•  Higher experienced candidates will be considered as Senior IT Officer
•  Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang (2 mins from MTR station)
