New development and scheduled release support

• To fully understand the business objective, application requirements, features, high level architecture, integration mechanism and implementation.
• To maintain the test case repository over release cycle
• To develop automated testing facility to minimize the cost of regression testing
• To help schedule and plan release
• To prepare required test plan and cases
• To execute unit, component, system integration and assist user acceptance tests on new features

Daily issue fix support

• To work with support analyst on performing first level of issue trouble shooting
• To Identify root cause and formulate resolution based on collaboration with support analyst, development and business users
• Provide feedback for prioritizing and planning delivery and document issue fixes
• QA and signoff fixes
• To communicate with support/users on business implication and impact of issue fixes

Monitoring and planning

• To suggest on-going enhancements on business and system perspective
• To monitor the application is delivered up to the planned level of performance
