Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and document business requirements and communicating with users, IT or vendor for the system
• Assist in the re-engineering, improvement or replacement of business processes and associated technology
• Take ownership of project issues and engage the appropriate resources to reach solution
• Prepare test plan, test script and perform testing
• Coordinate with users or IT to perform testing to ensure system deliverables are in good quality and within time
• Execute the data migration process
• Coordinate the rollout of system with user and IT people

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Studies or Information System  or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years working experience as a Business Analyst
• Financial services / product experience and knowledge; with understanding of Group Retirement Services is an advantage
• Understand the IT system development life cycle methodology (SDLC)
• In-depth experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• With concrete experience in Data Migration Project is an advantage
• Workflow and Imaging system knowledge is an advantage   
• Strong organizational skills and attentive to details, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
