My client is a leading MNC Law Firm, they have 26 different offices worldwide and are one of the best law firms locally and regionally. They are looking to hire a talent Regional IT Support Analyst to focus on some client-facing tasks, help desk support tasks.

 Regional IT Support Analyst / IT Helpdesk Analyst - MNC Law Firm - Up to 350k/annum + benefits

Job responsibilities:

• Log, analyse and resolve all IT incidents, queries and requests, providing first point of contact support to partners and staff, escalating when necessary
• 1st line support & 2nd line support
• IT asset management 
• IT help desk management
• Desk-side support
• Devise and implement improvements to IT Support processes that make the the organization run more efficiently
• Undertake some IT projects tasks with IT Support Manager

Requirements:

• Client focused, strong communication, able to get along with people well
• Easily approachable and proactive
• 2-4 years experience in technical support or similar role (help desk support, desktop support, client-facing IT Support, Service desk, 1st line or 2nd line support)
• Strong communication skills in English is a MUST
• Proficient in IT Support - Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 2010 Applications
