As a Customer Support Officer, you will be working as the 1^st line support dealing with customers on a daily basis regarding issues of Kaspersky Lab antivirus & Acronis Backup software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and technical support via telephone and email
• Trouble-shooting and technical investigation on issues reported
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• F.5 graduate or above with IT knowledge
• Diploma or Certificate in Computer related disciplines is preferable
• Knowledge in PC & Server trouble shooting
• Relevant working experience in customer support will be an advantage but not essential
• Understanding of Windows workstation / server OS, Endpoint security such as Anti-Virus, endpoint management is in an advantage.
• Self motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Birthday leave & discretionary Bonus
