Responsibilities:

• Advise proper solution and update information for projects
• Public cloud computing products and solutions knowledge
• Maintain Windows, Linux Server and network issue
• Study and testing hardware or software for upcoming projects
• Knowledge of setup VMware ESXi, Microsoft Windows Server , SQL Server , Exchange Server, Office 365
• Troubleshooting for clients and provide basic training to end-user

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in Computer Subject
• Self-motivated and can independently manage a large service territory
• Good communications skill and customer focused
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, VMware vCloud Air, IBM cloud is preferred
• Certified in MCP, MCSE, MCITP is preferred
• 3-5 years relevant working experiences
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Service Support Engineer
