Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Advise proper solution and update information for projects
- Public cloud computing products and solutions knowledge
- Maintain Windows, Linux Server and network issue
- Study and testing hardware or software for upcoming projects
- Knowledge of setup VMware ESXi, Microsoft Windows Server , SQL Server , Exchange Server, Office 365
- Troubleshooting for clients and provide basic training to end-user
Requirements:
- High diploma or above in Computer Subject
- Self-motivated and can independently manage a large service territory
- Good communications skill and customer focused
- Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, VMware vCloud Air, IBM cloud is preferred
- Certified in MCP, MCSE, MCITP is preferred
- 3-5 years relevant working experiences
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Service Support Engineer
