Responsibilities:

• Develop lead acquisition strategies to acquire new leads of small and medium sized Managed Service Providers and IT Consulting Firms worldwide
• Identify effective lead acquisition channels, and improve the ROIs for each channels
• Establish personalized lead nurturing campaigns to convert newly acquired leads into Marketing Qualified Leads and then pass to Pre-Sales Team for further follow-up
• Create contents focused on value proposition and customer journeys mapped to lead life cycle stages
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, creative optimization, dynamic content, personalization, etc.
• Work closely with senior management to plan and formulate marketing strategies to align with business and branding objectives
• Collaborate and work closely with other departments to carry out ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / MIS preferred
• Strong knowledge of lead generation through online and offline marketing
• Experience in formulating lead nurturing campaigns with marketing automation solution
• Experience in lead prequalification, list management, and digital campaign management
• Proven track record in development of multi-channel marketing initiatives including email campaigns
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to develop relationships both internally and externally
• Prior experience in IT industry is a must
• Attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end with minimal supervision
