Support Customer Strategy function to liaise among the stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operation processes of different functions, including Distribution Channels and Operations, and to recommend decision management solutions that enable us to achieve company goals. Responsible for preparing business requirements and coordinating UAT on multiple enterprise decision management projects to ensure successful deployment.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise among the stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operation processes of Distribution Channels and Operations and able to perform complex business analysis to recommend suitable decision management solutions.
• Coordinate the stakeholders to prepare business requirements and participate in the development of enterprise decision management projects.
• Plan, coordinate and perform UAT on multiple enterprise decision management projects to ensure successful deployment.
• Support project manager in monitoring project status to ensure effective & efficient implementation.
• Work with vendors to build, integrate and deliver high-quality analytics solutions on the enterprise decision management.
• Monitor the project ROI and provide timely feedbacks to management on the program/project results.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Actuarial Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics and Information Systems
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in business analysis (with data analytics experience is highly regarded)
• Solid experiences in performing complex business analysis and preparing business requirements for large scale decision management or data analytics projects.
• Knowledge in enterprise decision management and analytics solutions
• Knowledge in IT project development cycle
• Understanding sales and operational processes in insurance industry
• Good project management skills are highly preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken
