Job Description

  1.  Client Partner (Retail, Manufacturing and   Logistics)

          Job

  • Establish a trusted and strategic relationship with each assigned customer with a key focus on growing the accounts, driving values and delivering customer satisfaction
  • Work with domain experts and delivery teams to build the solution/service portfolios for the customers based on the business needs and our solution /service offerings
  • Innovate new ideas and digital technologies for the industry that can bring benefit to the customers
  • Negotiate and win new businesses, understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets

            Requirement

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Business or other related disciplines
  • 8-10 years relevant working experience with strong knowledge of ERP, IoT, Digital solutions, Analytics, Data Center operations
  • Strong domain knowledge and broad business network in Retail, Manufacturing, Properties and/or Logistics industries
  • Proven track record in business development and account management for growing overall relationship with assigned customers
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with business executives and leaders, external customers, vendors and peers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently with external and internal partners for effective delivery within deadlines
  • Resilience with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities to cope with changes

2.     Client Partner (Travel and Transportation)

     Job

  • Develop business with selected accounts for generating sizable revenue by actively engaging with the customers to understand the business needs and articulating the deployment of state-of-art digital technologies to help them become leader of their industry
  • Work with domain experts and delivery teams to build the solution/service portfolios for the customers based on the business needs and our solution /service offerings
  • Innovate new ideas and digital technologies for the industry that can bring benefit to the customers
  • Negotiate and win new businesses, understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets

       Requirement

  • University Degree in IT, Computer Science or technology-related disciplines
  • 8-10 years of high-tech industry or equivalent technical experience (e.g. systems integration, systems engineering, etc.) with sound and noticeable achievement
  • Strong domain knowledge and broad business network in travel and transportation industries
  • Proven track record in business development and account management for growing overall relationship with assigned customers
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with business executives and leaders, external customers, vendors and peers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently with external and internal partners for effective delivery within deadlines

3.         Client Partner(Banking, Financial Services and Insurance)

            Job

  • Execute the overall IT business strategies and initiatives to our customers and provide them with wide scope of IT/process/governance advisory and high level company-wide business solutions including digital solution development, planning, management, advanced facilitation practice, support and evaluation
  • Work with domain experts and delivery teams to build the solution/service portfolios for the customers based on the business needs and our solution /service offerings
  • Innovate new ideas and digital technologies for the industry that can bring benefit to the customers
  • Negotiate and win new businesses, understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets

Requirment

  • University Degree in Information Technology or Business related disciplines
  • 8-10 years solid track record gained from banking and financial sector preferably with a wealth of experience in financial services consulting, market trading systems, financial institution sales system/information systems (BI, BPM, SOA, etc), core banking systems, insurance backbone systems
  • Strong domain knowledge and broad business network in banking, financial services and insurance industries
  • Proven track record in business development and account management for growing overall relationship with assigned customers
  • Good knowledge of both industry processesand solutions to support business solutions for customers
  • Sound experience in systems integration (including planning, coding, programming, designing and testing) and design and/or delivery of digital solutions and digital business transformation projects
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with business executives and leaders, external customers, vendors and peers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently with external and internal partners for effective delivery within deadlines

  • Manage the client relationship in Communications and Media Industry; establish a trusted and strategic relationship with each assigned client with a key focus on growing the account, driving value and client satisfaction
  • Provide proactive account management, know client issues and challenges, help client redefine their problems; lead cross-functional in-house and external teams to deliver innovative products, solutions and services
  • Win new business, understand client needs, identify new business opportunities, negotiate business, and achieve revenue target

Requirement

  • University Degree in Information Technology or Business related disciplines
  • Good industry and product knowledge in Telco and Media market
  • Strong knowledge of IoT, Digital solutions, BSS/OSS, Analytics, Data Center operations
  • Proven track record in Business Development  and/or Account Management
  • Experience in owning overall relationship with assigned clients

5.    Resource Planning Manager

  1. Proactively manage the Workforce Management solution ensuring effective resource planning, implementation and use across the delivery teams in Hong Kong and the Philippines
  2. Support Workforce Management and reports against current and future resource demand to the Delivery Support management team
  3. Liaise with the Data Analyst team developing Workforce Management reporting as required
  4. Provide Management Information reports on all aspects of Workforce Management System
  5. Recommend overall allocation of resources to the different Capabilities
  6. Proactively develop partnership relationships with internal users anticipating and providing solutions to user needs

   

      Requirement

 

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in manpower planning and management
  • Ability to demonstrate results, which reflect both quality delivery as well as ability to plan for and accommodate high and sometimes inconsistent volumes of calls
  • Good understanding of call centre statistics and systems
  • Excellent analytical and statistical skills and experience
  • Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills

7,    Project Manager

Job

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the managing large scale application development projects.  He / She will be involved in the overall project management of the system analysis and design stage and the system implementation and integration stage, covering the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 11 years experience in IT profession with minimum 5 years experience in project management
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in managing projects using PRINCE 2 or PMP
  • Possessing technical knowledge of JavaEE and / or .Net will be a definite advantage
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
  • Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
  • Candidates with less qualification and experience would be considered as Senior System Analyst

 

8.    Solution Architect

      Job

  • Consult with customers to define the solution architecture and delivery roadmap to meet their requirements relating to digital transformation as well as business and operations support systems (B/OSS), in particular for Communications, Media and Utility Service Providers.
  • Define the product and service strategy to address market opportunities relating to Internet of Things (IoT) and Digital Services, as well as leading a team to develop internal products, manage third party vendors and provide pre-sales and solution delivery support.

      Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in IT profession
  • Domain knowledge in Communications, Media, Utilities industries and/or Digital/IoT related projects
  • Experience in B/OSS systems, processes and software solutions including Sales and Order Management, Customer Management, Service Provisioning, Rating and Billing, Omni-Channel, Digitalization
  • Appreciation of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products available to support B/OSS and IoT requirements, selection process (e.g. RFQ/RFP), vendor management and licensing models.
  • Technical knowledge in the following areas:
    • Application Frameworks for transaction processing, IoT, web/mobile applications, digital service delivery, machine learning and system integration
    • Software Stacks, e.g. NodeJS, MEAN, Spring Framework, DDL, HTML5, MySQL etc.
    • Development Tools/Environments, e.g. Linux, Eclipse, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, etc.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in system analysis, design and overall delivery methods, including waterfall and agile approaches.
  • Articulate, energetic, passionate and intellectually strong communicator and problem solver

9. Business Analyst

 

Responsibilities

    • Develop, oversee and manage requirements and functional enhancement specifications
    • Engage directly with the line of businesses in order to capture application demand, provide guidance on the strategic initiatives and assist with prioritization
    • Ability to distill analysis into concise recommendations and present to management audiences
    • Manage local and overseas vendors
    • Participate in new project planning, prepare business cases and involve in project management life cycle
    • Act as Level 2 application support subject matter expert as well as facilitate business change requests for configuration changes
    • Prepare and update system documentation, operation guides and training materials and provide training to business partners
    • Implement and support Company and Corporate system controls and ensure systems meet compliance standard and policies
    • Monitoring system and fine tune performance to meet service level

Requirements

    • Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
    • Able to work independently with excellent problem solving skills
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
    • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with different LOBs
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
