Client, a listed retail company is looking for an IT Manager as team head to provide full spectrum of IT support for the group.

Requirements:

• Incumbent willlead the team to manage corporate IT infrastructure, deployment and enhancement; including but not limited to server, networking solutions, database management and intranet development in order to provide strong and highly effective operation support to the business.
• To cope with business expansion, incumbent should be capable to provide guidance and propose solutions to meet business technology infrastructure demands; formulate and implement IT initiatives, manage project plans and business proposals, ensure project milestones and deadlines are met and within budget.
• Communicate with management team to identify business needs for enhancement of productivity and security, review operation flow, propose and recommend new technology and initiatives to enhance the performance of total IT solution.

 Specifications:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline
• Min. 12 years of relevant working experience; min. 8 years of experience in managerial level in sizable corporates
• Strong project background in CRM, POS and EPR systems
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Certificates of professional qualification is preferred, e.g. ITIL/ PMP
• Excellent leadership, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Open-minded with strong business acumen
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
