Responsibilities:

• As a subject matter expert for server, virtualization and storage infrastructure
• Perform server installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and system recovery
• Ensure the infrastructure compliance with the company standard
• Participate in production support and disaster recovery solution
• Project delivery and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science or related field
• Knowledge in ITIL
• 5+ years of working experience in regional infrastructure support, preferred with financial services sector or multinational company
• Must have solid experience in supporting AIX, Windows server and VMWare
• Hands-on experience in system setup, configuration, software installation
• Experienced with Active Directory, high availability and disaster recovery solutions, storage, network, IT security, database
• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese
