Responsibilities

• Advising on best practices of NetApp hardware/software implementation on the account / project,
• Act as a technical lead of the delivery team throughout the project,
• Mentoring of project team members (including system administrators.etc), 
• Working with Customer’s Global IT engineering and architecture teams to design the operations management solution, 
• Configuration of NetApp hardware and software products, 
• Performing daily operations/implementation including storage upgrade, data consolidation, data protection, performance monitoring, etc. 
• Taking part in capacity planning. 

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in IT or related disciplines, 
• Working experience in banking, financial or related industries is highly preferred, 
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience with focus on enterprise storage products is required, 
• Professional certifications in NetApp is highly preferred, 
• Strong NetApp ONTAP (7-mode & c-mode) knowledge with proven hand-on as well as system designing experience, 
• Strong IT infrastructure background with solid experience on solution design and consultation,
• May be assigned to work at customer’s site.
