Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in client project meetings, review project estimation, deliverables and training;
- Gathering customer’s requirements for software implementation;
- Test and implement the financial/investment management solutions based on client’s requirements;
- Support and advise the client to optimise their internal investment management process;
- Assist the sales team in presenting the software to key prospects during detailed demonstrations;
- Develop and deliver client training, both onsite and remote;
- Work with team members to define, prioritise, and implement client requirements.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Bachelor’ degree in computer studies, systems engineering or relevant disciplines;
- 3+ years’ experience preferably with a combination of software development experience and application consultancy experience;
- Basic knowledge of the different development languages (e.g. ASP .NET, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS etc);
- Practical experience in Microsoft SQL server (stored procedures, views).
Other Skills:
- Strong organisational skills;
- Strong interpersonal and client serving skills;
- Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills;
- Good written and spoken English / Mandarin / Cantonese;
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and other windows-based software;
