Their innovative technical team is always keen to explore new area of technologies in the routines. They are very concerned about application quality in the aspects of selection of programming technologies, cleanliness of coding, test driven development and methodology applied.

They are now looking for bright and ambitious Team Lead who is strong at Java technology to take part in application development and managements of project and teams in Hong Kong and Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Gather user requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications
• Conduct analysis on the user requirements and develop feasible solutions
• Hands-on application development (coding)
• Control the quality of code by reviewing the codes written by junior developers
• Manage project timeline and lead teams in Hong Kong and Germany

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Computer Sciences or related discipline
• Proficient in server side Java programming with Java 8, J2EE, Spring and other Java framworks
• Good exposure and knowledge of JVM and Multithreading
• Experienced in application performance benchmarking and tuning
• Experienced in leading local team and offshore team 
• Passionate about modern software development methodology like TDD, Scrum
• Great communication skill in English and Cantonese
