Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the team to design, implement, manage, support and operation
• Set departmental objectives and priorities that support and complement business initiatives to produce timely and relevant management information enabling future approach to be determined and operational decisions to be made clearly
• Coordinate with other team leaders to plan and achieve company goals
• Provide strategic and technological leadership to an expanding in-house Infrastructure and Development team who possess a range of professional and business expertise
• Ensure roadmaps are simple, transparent and communicated regularly to all stakeholders and deliver the capacity to meet the growing demands of the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• Demonstrable and practical experience at a senior level covering Hong Kong and China
• Good understanding and familiarity with various infrastructure technologies including virtualization, cloud computing, infrastructure automation and data centre technologies
• Proven ability to manage a set of complex operational and capital budgets
• Experience of successfully defining and executing on evolutionary system architectures and strategies for technology-driven organizations
• Experience in operational IT planning, execution and policy development
