Responsibilities:

• Lead a small software development team
• Work with IT Manager / Team Leaders on schedule and resource planning
• Gather user requirement and perform system functionality/architectural design
• Participate in all phases of the system development life-cycle while providing technical support and leadership
• Prepare system documentation and User Acceptance Test

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum  4  years working experience in software development projects
• Solid experience in SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), Agile
• Knowledge in the following: PL/SQL, Java, HTML5, Shell Scripts knowledge are preferable
• Strong in leadership, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented, good business sense and able to work under pressure
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Telecom/Billing/Order Management experience are preferable (Portal experience desirable)
• The role will start with 1-year contract
