Technical Support Engineer
idNerd Studio is looking for technical support engineer to join our growing team. This newly created position will provide technical support to our customer for our new “X Stadium” product line. This position will also provide internal technical support to our growing team of designer, artist and engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our customer; via website, phone or email.
• Provide on-site (Macau & Southeast Asia) technical support (hardware and software) for our company products (X Stadium).
• Assist with installation and configuration of our company products (X Stadium) at our client location.
• Assist in writing company product documentation, user guide, as well as troubleshoot guide.
• Assist Director of Hardware to prepare the Bill of Materials for company’s project and liaises requirement with external suppliers.
• Provide hardware and software support and troubleshooting to company PCs, Servers, and Networking equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
• At least 1-2 Years of hand-on experience in related fields is preferred.
• Good knowledge in Windows and Windows Server platforms.
• Good team player, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently.
• Good written and verbal skills in English and Cantonese is essential.
• Some basic software scripting / development is advantages.
• Holder of MCSE is an advantages.
• Occasional business travel to Macau & Southeast Asia is required.
