Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver corporate IT infrastructure deployment and enhancement, including but not limited to server, networking solutions, database management and intranet development in order to provide strong and highly effective operation support to the business
• Formulate and implement IT initiatives to support company growth and the achievement of business objectives
• Manage project plans and business proposals, ensure project milestones and deadlines are met and within budget
• Provide guidance and propose solutions to meet business technology infrastructure demands
• Communicate with senior management and to identify business needs to enhance productivity and security
• Propose and recommend new technology and operation flow to senior management on new initiatives to enhance the performance of the IT infrastructure

Requirement

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline
• Min. 12 years of relevant working experience; min. 8 years of experience in managerial level in sizable corporates
• Strong project background in CRM, POS and EPR systems
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Certificates of professional qualification is preferred, e.g. ITIL/ PMP
• Excellent leadership, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Open-minded with strong business acumen
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
