Working time: Mon to Sat 10:00am-07:00pm (6 days off per month)

Job Responsibilities:

• - 根據授權代理公司的工作指引，於客戶服務中心內負責一般檢查,測試及維修IPHONE & IPAD 產品
• - 必須至少一年處理維修經驗
• - 能獨立處理問題, 願意接受挑戰

•    Responsible for following operations after receiving order requests
•    Record operation result
•    Test and repair parts
•    Perform technical support for users
•    Products maintenance and repairs

Job Requirements:

•    F.5 or above with 1 year relevant working experience
•    Knowledge of Mac / Notebook / Mobile will be an advantage
•    Able to work independently and under pressure
•    Self-motivated & able to take up challenges
•    Willing to work on roster from Monday to Saturday
