Job Descriptions:

• Provide support, monitor, setup and configuration on all servers, system, network infrastructure, and applications
• Carry out system maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning
• Communicate with regional IT partners for management on the global network maintenance, IT policies and procedures
• Software and hardware upgrade, day-to-day system administration and technical support services
• Manage including LAN/WAN, Internal, Intranet, Firewall and Windows Servers etc
• Provide security controls for production systems like Virus/SPAM control & prevention firewall rules update
• Work directly with end users to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, troubleshooting and administration of applications

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years solid and relevant experience
• Good written and spoken of English and Mandarin
• Responsible, independent and reliable
• Excellent communication skills with staff from all levels
• Immediate available is highly preferred
