Reporting to the Head of Program Management, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing new system base on business needs
• Maintain existing system
• Involve production support effort
• Developing front-end and server side applications
• Research and suggest cutting-edge technologies to solve problems
• Optimise and improve application speed and scalability
• Support of existing API
• Liaise with other team members and stakeholders

 To qualify, an individual should possess:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience of excellent proven development skills and experience in server side and user interface development using Java/C or other programming languages
• Solid object oriented design and programming skills
• Strong analytical skills and motivation to develop a deep understanding of ecommerce world, its revenue channels, and workflows
• High motivation, commitment and capability of working to timelines
• Ability to work independently
• Exposure to cloud technologies is a plus
• Extensive information systems analysis, design, software development and support experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be offered the role of analyst programmer
