Responsibilities:

• Lead ​the technical support team to provide professional ​system implementation and ​maintenance ​work
• Define the IT service policies, procedures, workflow, and standards ensuring the consistency of service delivery​​
• Act as the prime focal escalation point to liaise with ​customers​ on all service deliverables and incidents
• Manage the system/application production environment and the team to ensure stability, security and availability

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Information Technology, or related discipline
• ​Minimum ​7 years of experience in managing service desk and user support as a Manager or similar supervisory role
• Good interpersonal skill and able to drive the team to meet commitment and delivery quality service level
• Fluent in English and mandarin
• Independent, analytical, presentable, aggressive, self-motivated with strong presentation and communication skills
• Well organized, a good team player
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
