Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-level and low-level network designs in response to new business requirements;
• Provide level 1 – 3 support for incidents and problem resolution;
• Create, maintain and review operational and technical design documentation;
• Test, verify, debug and deploy servers and configurations according to standards;
• Interact with other team members and other teams to progress projects and incidents;

Requirements:

• Proven network design and administration experience;
• Experience of working with Cisco router platforms and switches;
• Experience working with Juniper firewalls;
• Experience working with F5 load balancers;
• Experience working with data centres;
• Experience working with trading platforms (E-sunny will be advantage)
• Experience working with Microsoft Exchange and AD server
• Excellent troubleshooting skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• English, Cantonese, and Mandarin language proficiency is essential for this role;
• Previous working experience as helpdesk support/ desktop support is an advantage;
• Can work independently in a fast pace environment;
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a demanding, availability and time sensitive environment is expected.
