Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up PCs/notebooks/mobile devices for new employees with required software and access right settings.
• Analyze, diagnose, and provide solution to desktop problems for end-users through phone calls and in person.
• First and second tier support for end users.
• Follow-up the statuses of all cases and e-mail the end-users to update the status of their requests.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in technology or IT related discipline.
• Fresh Graduate or 1 year working experience including networking, hardware, operating systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English is a must.
• Immediate available is preferred.
