Responsibilities:

• Providing effective and quality IT professional service to clients
• Deliver Systems and network Security infrastructure projects and maintenance support service
• Work with presales consultant for proposal preparation
• Ensure good communication between technical team, sales and customers
• Take a leadership role to provide the project implementation and maintenance support service to customer under SLA

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in ICT security solution implementation with at least 3 year in supporting network and security infrastructure
• Has good knowledge in TCP/IP Networking and Routing, and LAN / WAN architecture
• Solid experience on Network Switch, Router, Load Balancer, Firewall and IPS will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience on CheckPoint/Palo Alto/Fortinet Firewall is preferred but NOT a must
• Certificate Holders of CCNA/CCNP, CCSA/CCSE would be advantage
• Good team coordination skill, proven project management skill and problem-solving capability
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Self-motivated, work proactive and willing to learn new technology
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer
