Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve regional ( mainly HK and China ) business growth of plating & imaging chemicals, equipment and related ancillary products, automated bath analyzers, etc.
• Build up an effective Sales & Technical team, and lead them to enable total product solution to customers
• Build up an effective Sales & Technical team,and profitability of products and services
• Expand customer base and maximize working relationship 
• Supervise, review and approve the development of sales budget and lead the sales team to achieve budget.
• Identify market opportunities for new products
• In collaboration with global product team, develop broad policies for new products and services launching, and plan to increase market penetration.
• Organize exhibitions to promote company products and services.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Material Science or related disciplines.
  • Min 10 years sales and marketing experience in chemical industry, particular in PCB field, with at least 5 years in managerial role 
  • Demonstrate skill and experience in people management, leadership and customer management.
• Able to plan, organize, multitask, prioritize, and troubleshoot
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Hong Kong or China based position with frequent travel to China
